Our Story

Tutor&Gro began its journey in April 2026. While working in mainstream schools brings immense joy and rewarding connections with children, it also presents a significant challenge: a lack of time and individual attention for each student. Mastering math and numeracy requires the flexibility to make mistakes, the perseverance to overcome them, and a commitment to continuous progress.

Driven by a Maths degree, a PGCE with SEN specialization, and over 10 years of mainstream primary teaching experience, I founded Tutor&Gro to bridge this gap. We provide a dedicated space for children to grow, excel, and build strong academic foundations. Here, students have the time and tailored attention they need to comfortably make errors, learn from them, and confidently progress.
